What is Chikankari embroidery, and how is it done?

The traditional Indian embroidery technique known as "chikankari" has its roots in Lucknow. It entails hand-embroidering intricate designs on textiles, usually on pastel-colored materials like cotton or muslin, with white thread. Numerous stitches, including backstitch and chain stitch, are used throughout the procedure

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Shhopon?

Yes, it's necessary to log into your Shhopon account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You'll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check out. If you are member of our Shhopon customers you will get much more benefits and discounts.

How can I cancel my order?

Go to My Orders and tap on order you wish to cancel. Click on CANCEL button. Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

How can I return/replace an item?

Click on "Return/Replace" button and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of Your item. Our courier partner will pick up it from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact. You can return/replace an item within 7 days of delivery. Please read our 7 days Easy Return Policy.

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund. For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount. For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfers within 2 hours. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

You will get your product replaced within one week time.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

If you ordered any product and the same product you get back without any defect then you will not be able to return that product.
